About us? Not quite.

We could fill this page with headshots and corporate bios. You've seen that page before. On every consulting website you've ever visited.

Here's what we believe: it's not about us. It's about quickly delivering the bottom-line results that change your business. The numbers are on our Results page. The method is proven. The work speaks for itself.

So instead of the usual, we'd like you to meet the ones who actually matter.

The Hamelin Group was founded by Michael Demere — 30+ years in operational transformation and more shop floors than he can count.

But enough about him.

Hudson

Hudson

Hudson is the one you'd trust in the trenches. A no-nonsense World War I sergeant in a former life, he stays with you no matter what storm rolls in — and he'll put your needs before his every time to get the results. When you're ready to quit, Hudson stands beside you and reminds you why you started. All the while, he gives you the kind of love that makes you find the strength to tackle the most ambitious project you've ever faced.

Hudson's knowledge comes from years of real-world experience, not theoretical application. He didn't graduate from the University of Virginia or Columbia Business School, but everyone on both campuses would have loved him as much as he loved them.

Blue

Blue

Blue brings the intelligence of an old soul and isn't the least bit ashamed of how those striking eyes will capture your heart. His perspective is analytical, laser-focused on the risk factors that turn a gloomy day into brightness you never expected. He won't offer a harsh word — but he will offer the protection you need when facing the cantankerous squirrel or stalking hawk.

When times are tough and hope is elusive, Blue is right beside you with encouragement and a positive outlook. His intelligence is lightning-focused on hidden opportunities to capture rewards, especially when a Greenie is involved.

Blue didn't attend Vanderbilt University as an undergraduate Finance concentration, nor did he pursue his MBA in Supply Chain Management at the University of Tennessee–Knoxville. But he's graced both campuses and recognizes them for fantastic learning and social experiences.

Leroy

Leroy

Leroy is a man of driven focus. He is a lover of all God's creatures, with the exception of cats. His ancestral instinct to hunt badgers in Germany assures you'll receive the most dedicated task accomplishment and the smoothest implementation of change you've ever seen. His motivation reaches unimaginably high levels when accompanied by belly rubs.

At the most critical moments — when your team wonders if they can pull off an ambitious target — Leroy's beautiful eyes will reenergize their confidence every time.

Leroy desired to pursue his undergraduate studies in the E.H. Patterson School of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi but found the undergraduate environment a distraction from real-world experiences.

Charlie

Charlie

Charlie is a man of compassionate strength who combines a real-world "roll up your sleeves" mentality with true dedication to his client. His approach to improvement mirrors the legendary Coach John Wooden — patience, discipline, and quiet intensity.

Charlie excels with front-line employees who need deep wisdom and patience to build new skills and systems. He's equally comfortable at the executive level and would have been a fantastic Chief Operating Officer. He's one of the rare ones that people naturally follow into the most ambitious improvement effort.

Charlie wanted to complete both his undergraduate and post-graduate studies at Vanderbilt University but chose instead to dedicate his energy to protecting his loving owner.

Posie

Posie

Posie brings the creative subject matter expertise needed when you're ready to launch your own competitive edge market offer. Although she has extensive experience creating go-to-market strategies in consumer goods, she consistently develops practical messaging that addresses the true significant need of your customers in a way that assures the market is receptive — opening the path to rapid sales growth.

Posie has a unique gift for understanding the power of building an internal operational capability and converting it into an offer the market can't refuse. She's well known for redefining marketing and sales: marketing's job is to place the corn in the field for the ducks to land. Sales' job is harvesting the ducks while they're eating the corn. This leads to a far more effective sales process than most companies have ever experienced.

It's a nice bonus that Posie has a strong personal desire to capture the flying creatures.

Posie wanted to get her undergraduate degree at the School of Visual Arts in New York and attend the Medill School at Northwestern for her Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications, but chose instead to be the most loving and inattentive creature for her owner.
